OAC Property Management ltd (trading as OAC Property Pal) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on OAC Property Pal subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us using the support details in your account settings and we will arrange it for you.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your recorded data stays available during that time.

If a renewal charge was not intended, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it.
